Hi Lach.

There will be 4 leads going at the same time. We will provide 4 X belayers and there will be a separate judge/s. Still work in progress for the Lead comp on the 11 August.

Hey guys, do all climbers have to be there for the 8am registration? What’s the latest time one can arrive? For example could a Mens Open A climber arrive at 1pm as their heat’s not until later in the day?

Jack – If you take advantage of the on-line registration system (go to http://www.climberswa.asn.au/blog/2012/05/cawa-2012-sport-climbing-competition/ and click on the REGISTER HERE link), you dont have to be there at 8:30am when the doors open, but you will have to approach any of the Competition staff in sufficient time to get your wristband to compete in your catagory. If you don’t register on-line and don’t arrive to register during the registration time, 08:30-10:00am, then you will not be able to compete. The timing of each category start may change and we cant keep registrations open. We want you to attend and compete, and hope you understand. Regards, CAWA Climbing Committee.
