    Hello,

I’ve been bouldering for the last 14 years (now 32yrs old), it was really a big part of my life, since moving to Perth I haven’t done anything. I really want to get back into it and explore what the region has to offer. I was climbing V5-V7 back in 2010. I work in Surveying and Mapping and keen to help out where I can with topos of new climbing areas to add to existing and new mini-guides.

Please drop me an email if you want an extra spotter next time you’re heading out to the boulders.

I have transport and boulder mat ect…

    Cheers

Hi Ian that’s cool you are keen to get back out there. Unfortunately right now it is so stinking hot that it really limits time in the hills for bouldering. I try and get out every so often, I am usually just kind of hanging out on my own. I explore around Kalamunda and darlington maybe once a month if the weather permits it and if I can get a vehicle. I haven’t a car but I’ve got a BD satellite crash mat, the only one I could find in Perth. When the weather cools down a bit I’ll be keen to head back outside. Keep in touch-

    HI,

I have just arrived in Perth from the UK, my main climbing passtime is bouldering/DWS, bouldering up to V8 on a good day. I am keen to explore the local hills with someone who knows where stuff is. I have a bouldering mat on the way in a container and plan to get a car once ive sorted out somewhere to live. If anyone is heading out, when its cooled down a bit, I would be keen to tag along.

    Cheers

    Thanks for the replies,

Now that its cooling down I’m itching to get outside, anybody up for some bouldering this weekend (21-22 April)? Got a car so can give a lift. Somebody who knows the bouldering areas would be good but if not we can just pull on the first boulders we find and explore using the on-line guides.

Drop me an email or text/call me on 0449828782
