    The Missing Link (80m, 16)
This climb offers a potentially quick way of climbing Pyungorup from the west, being the ‘missing link’ to enchain the summits of all the major peaks traversing the Stirling Ridge Walk.

Start just left of the big cleft in the west face of Pyungorup at a short corner.
P1: 40m. Climb up the short overhanging corner to a ledge. Traverse leftwards across some steep and incredibly exposed territory until gaining another ledge after ~20m. Traverse easily along the ledge for a further 20m until a belay on small cams can be found.
P2: 40m. Continue traversing easily, stepping across a very exposed void and following the ledge until a tree in a small alcove at almost the end of the ledge can be found. Belay off the tree.

Exit off the end of the ledge and then scramble up and right to reach the obvious ramp rising diagonally across the west face of the peak. At the top of the ramp go up the gully towards the summit then traverse right into the corner where a 10m wall on the right blocks the final summit access. Climb diagonally up this starting in the corner (about grade 5), then move right and bush-bash up to the summit.
