Do You Know What To Do When Things Go Wrong?
Join our First Aid Demonstration focusing on the most common injuries when climbing. The demonstration will be run by St John and will focus on the following:
- DRSABCD including Recovery Position
- Fractures
- Head Injuries
- Neck & Spinal Injuries
- Bleeding Control
- Environmental Conditions – Heat-induced
- Envenomation – Snake Bite
Feel free to tick a few routes on Dreamcatcher Wall, as the ticket includes using the gym’s facilities before and after the event.
Be aware that you won’t receive a certificate for completing this event as this is not first aid training.
