Training For Injury Prevention (do not warm up before this workshop)
- Healthy Hands Hangboarding
- Introduction to hangboarding; education on quality hand positions
- Breaking Down the half crimp, full crimp and open hand position for healthy, strong hands
- Key Warm-Up Exercises, including the three critical exercises for healthy shoulders
- How to project safely; projecting principles, how to know your limits and project smart for continued progress.
The ticket includes an entry fee to the gym; stay after and send your project for free.
