Introduction to traditional climbing workshop

18 Sep 2020 @ 6:00 PM 20 Sep 2020 @ 4:00 PM

Do you want to learn more about traditional climbing, equipment, how to place gear, set up anchors and top-ropes, multi-pitch climbing, and more?

We are hosting a workshop weekend “Trad 101” at Wilyabrup sea cliffs (Margaret River).

Recommended skill level for attendees:

  • Climb grade 16+
  • Have own harness, shoes, helmet, chalk bag, belay device.
  • Preferably some outdoor experience rock climbing and/or lead climbing.

There are reserved campsites at Gracetown Caravan Park for Friday and Saturday Night. The $60.00 fee covers your camping and the camping/travel of the mentors for the weekend. The workshop will run Saturday 8:30 am – 5 pm.  Sunday will be left optional to have some fun and put the new skills into practice.

Please drop me an email if you have any questions [email protected].

Happy Climbing!
