Training For Injury Prevention (do not warm up before this workshop)

  • Healthy Hands Hangboarding
    • Introduction to hangboarding; education on quality hand positions
    • Breaking Down the half crimp, full crimp and open hand position for healthy, strong hands
  • Key Warm-Up Exercises, including the three critical exercises for healthy shoulders
  • How to project safely; projecting principles, how to know your limits and project smart for continued progress.

The ticket includes an entry fee to the gym; stay after and send your project for free.
