There are reserved campsites at Gracetown Caravan Park for Friday and Saturday nights. The workshop/trip fee covers your camping and the camping/travel of the mentors for the weekend. The workshop will run Saturday 8:30 am – 5 pm. Sunday will be left optional to have some fun and put the new skills into practice.

All climbers on the event must be independent participants who are entirely responsible for themselves and meet all prerequisites listed above. In addition, following our Public Liability insurance requirements, everyone will need to sign a Deed of Release and Indemnity and fill in a registration form so that the climbing experience can be vetted for the event.

Please note that CAWA workshops are a benefit for members. Non-members interested in coming with you will need to join online and follow up on the registration for the trip beforehand. Furthermore, be aware that the weather is the deciding factor of this event. The trip might be cancelled if the rock is unclimbable. The final decision will be made last Tuesday before the trip.

Cancellations made seven days, or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Unless there is an exceptional personal circumstance, a 25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within six days or less. Cancellations out to be mailed to the event organiser.
