Yes I called the Hills Centre already, they gave me another number to call 92959100, the DEC district office. There I was told that the responsible person “Doug” will call me back. He never did. In my dealings with DEC, this is standard ops procedure so no surps. I shall try Doug again.

Good on ya…blast away with gray paint. It may be a good idea to print out this discussion string and take it with you. If anyone hassles you, at least you have something to wave in front of them to show you are not a bogan….
