No idea who, but it’s been missing since summer. I suspect the same bastard who stole the anchor hangers from Morning Glory (now replaced by me with glue in rings). Perhaps people should mark/engrave hangers on their routes, and if they “move” elsewhere then appropriate action is taken. Or better still, glue in the bolt in the first place (which is a pain, for one bolt).
