To get out stuck camminf devices, you need to close the cam lobes beyond the range that can be accomplished by pulling on the cam trigger. This is done using a nut tool: (1)put the pointy bit of the nut tool directly onto one of the cams, slide it shut, then pivot the cam out a bit (2) then do it with the other cams (3) repeat until out. It is extremely rare that a stuck cam truly cannot be removed, it never happended in churchams in 30 years people have been climbing there. I have removed mabe 30 “permanently stuck” cams in my life, most of them in under 5 minutes; so don’t give up.
