38 y.o. climbing guides for Southern regions

I am selling 3 old guidebooks to the Stirlings (East and West) and ‘Southern Granite’. They were originally printed in 1978 for the ‘Climbers Association of Western Australia’ by Mike Smith and Richard Rathbone. The ones I have were reprinted in 1982. They are 15cm x 10.5cm.

I honestly dont know their value. I guess ‘supply and demand’ applies. So Im taking a wild stab at $150 per book. (2 are in excellent condition. 1 is stained so I am asking $100 for it). Their value is purely keepsake. Obviously they have been improved upon multiple times.
