Hi just starting to get out to do some bouldering, any recommendations for best place to start with plenty of easy stuff up to v3 mabey v4. i was thinking dreaded boulders mabey? looked at the mini guide and looks good. ive already been to boulder rock but looking for something different
Pipelines has the biggest number of 3s and 4s… bit of a trek in but heaps of problems.
Dreaded has a good number of V4 and under… Area One has quite a few right together and Breadloaf has a great 2 and a great 3 (I think… One Was Fat and the Other Was Thin and Railroad or something… )

Hey I’ve been out to darlington ranges a few times by darlington estate wineries and found some fun doable stuff for myself which is more than likely v3 at best? Each time I go I see new stuff, it’s close to the city, about 35 minutes by car. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the first available bouldering spot. I as well am looking for good bouldering within my scope which is limited. Boulder rock is pretty intense. I think there are some v11’s there with most hovering around v7. Crazy. Can’t wait to get that good.
