Just wondering if anyone has any info on the empty bolt hole that is 3/4 of the way up Borderline. Was this a retrobolt that was removed or unfinished buisness???.

not sure about the bolt hole…cant recall seeing it… but maybe they found/ cleaned the slot you can slip a #3 nut in after they drilled the hole???
