      hey, can anyone tell me where abouts in perth i could do some outdoor top roping with some climbing partners from the country for next weekend (23rd nov).

        Michelle,

        If you have time to go to one of the Outdoor Specialist retail stores you will be able to buy a copy of the CAWA Perth Rock guidebook. This is a recent publication which specialises in the Perth region.

          Hey Michelle-

          If you are confident placing trad gear to set up toprope anchors, Churchman’s Brook is the go- there’s a good number of routes in the 12-16 range. Otherwise most stuff around Perth will require you to lead (either on bolts or trad gear) and then set up topropes.

          But yeah as Dinah says, get hold of the guidebook, it’s really comprehensive. Have fun!
