Some mates and I are heading down to Esperance for the long weekend, does anyone know of any good climbing around the area? Trad, sport, bouldering, top-rope, not bothered which, just keen to get some climbs in.
cape le grand national Park, take the track from lucky bay westward toward thistle cove for 10 minutes, just past a small boulderfield look for a faint track leading left down for 50m toward the sea. Dont fall off the edge ..
You’ll find some fixed rap anchors atop a couple of buttress’s trad and sport routes w fixed hangers from grade 16- 23 up to 28m long… and bloody good they are
