      YO! just looking for any details on the 3 bolted climbs i saw at castle rock
      a few weeks ago whilst scurrying around the area..
      Look rather fun n challenging!!
      hoping to get some details on grades and if any dbb around or
      take a rack for anchors as i didnt inveatigate to thoroughly..
      Cheers in advance- otherwise prob just give em a crack over easter

        This question has been raised before in brief (https://www.climberswa.asn.au/topic/castle-rock-meelup-beach/) and having looked into the possibility of developing a mini guide for this area I decided not too, noting rock climbing is note permitted in the park management plan for this area (http://www.meeluppark.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=25&Itemid=33). There are no DBB and a range of trad and bolted lines so take a full rack, but no idea who or when the bolts were placed.

              What happened to all the guide n topo stuff that used to
              Be online a few months ago.?? Maybe i cant find the right links
              Or was it removed to sell more guide books?

                  AFAIK routes are:

                  1.Spanking the Monkey 22 12m 2 bolts

                  2. Welcome to Tsaro ?? 15m 3 bolts

                  3. ? 22 3 bolts + natural 15m

                  4. ? 21 2 bolts 12m

                  5. TNT with PMS 28 3bolts and natural 13m

                  6. Pursuits 18 natural crack

                  7. Logans Run 23 3 bolts shared with…

                  8. Cranking the Plastic 25 10m

                  yes yes person XYZ did it all with no bolts back in the 1980’s. pffft.
                  all this info came from the MD’s new routes book back in the day !
