Two rooms are available in a lovely character house in Perth, walking distance to the city, train, shops, restaurants, nightlife, Hyde Park and the Rockface. High ceilings, jarrah floor boards, and a large back yard.

One room is $175 per week and one is a bit smaller at $150, bond is four weeks rent. You will be sharing with one other, a 29 year old female professional. Must be tidy and considerate, non smokers only please 🙂 Please contact me for further information and to arrange a viewing!
