There’s a horrible, grotty, chossy, loose stacked quarry somewhere between Kalgoorlie and Kambalda I’ve been to. We belayed off a Landcruiser. There was a thirty ton boulder at the arboretum, (amazing what a mining company with great big trucks will do for their geoligists), and there are several granite domes much smaller than Peak Charles but somewhat closer, (~80km not 300). One of them just missed out on being a nuclear waste dump, but it’s name escapes me. Other than the rock in the arboretum nothing real close, unless you can get into the Super Pit, (unlikely).
