Yes neil I bolted and first ascended this route. It has had only one other ascent that i am aware of,this is perth we are talking about people don’t climb out doors they just talk about it on this forum. It was hard the first time and still is ,if anyone wishes to justify the original 23 grading feel free to do so but 24 is more appropriate.
