Hi guys, I’m coming to Perth somewhere in late June to early July and we are looking at getting some climbing done. Any place which has the following criteria?

    1) sport routes is a must

    2) good looking scenery would be a plus point

I’ve been reading about places like bob’s hollow, kalbarri (too far north)¬†Mountain Quarry and Churchmans Brook.

would any of them fit the above area?

    thanks a lot guys!

    Hi Jq,

Also, late June / early July is the best time to go:
    – North: Kalbarri has a good selection of 3 star bolted climbs (sandstone, mostly grade 22 to 30+)
–¬†Inland: Eaglestone Rock near Merredin is small but pretty cool spot for a weekend (granite, grade 16 to 25+)

    Have fun
