A few new lines on the Western facing Slab on Stony Hill in Albany (Stony hill is the place you park at when going to Peak Head). According to the guide book and local expert knowledge the only published route up here is Crack a Jack (20) so if anyone has climbed these lines before please let me know as they are quite obvious if you were looking. Not a bad spot to go if it has been raining, got some time after Peak head or it is too rough on the coast. Routes are listed Left to right (North to South). All naural protection. Take some long slings for building belays.

Last Minute 8m(12)- Start at the vertical crack on the left hand side of the crag. Jam up to an under cling and then up the right side of the large hanging flake. Well protected. P. Maher and M. Taylor 05-01-2014

Kumpe Crack 8m (16)- The large off width/ Chimney 10m right of LM. Minimal protection. Small nuts and cams behind flakes and horizontal breaks. Climb the LHS face if you feel like cheating. M. Taylor and P. Maher 05-01-2014.

Lost and found 10m (17)- Start in the corner chimney as for YTT then step left onto the face below the large overhanging flake (crux). Swing out then up the left hand side and follow the flake to the top. Fun moves. P. Maher and M. Taylor 05-01-2014.

Yielding to Temptation 10m (17)-The off width crack/ Chimney on the right hand side of the slab. Medium to large cams in the back of the crack for protection. M. Taylor and P. Maher 05-01-2014

    Enjoy!
