The new Perth Rock Guide book indicates Short Circuit at Stathams Quarry (27mt 17X) is unprotected on loose flaky rock. Not sure if this was not updated in the new guide or the bolted line we used yesterday is new ? Crux is still last move to lower off bolts, otherwise a nice climb. Anyone else done it recently ?
Yesterday in the rain. It was the only dry climb. Disagree on the crux. I find the hardest in the middle; on the old SC line. Grade about seventeen and a half. Requires staimina or patience. Good work done on gluing on some of the lose holds. Be an interesting climb without them.
