I worked in Sydney last year and found the following web site excellent. It covers hundreds of locations with climb descriptions. I don’t recall them having diagrams though.
I was surprised at how many climbing/bouldering areas there are within Sydney itself. Not sure if you already know about the main ones – if not – drop a line here.
