That conversion is misleading.
The grades are SA grades – not Ewbank Australian grades. The hardest routes in the world are still 34ish in Australian grades.
I’d probably go for Dai Koyamada’s route, V16 I think it was. Something like 78 metres of cave roof bouldering.
The grade conversion is off. 9a is around 35.
