      Hi,

I’m on holidays at the moment so available most days and evenings, currently have a rockface membership and going a few days/afternoons a week mostly bouldering as I’m struggling to find reliable partners for the ropes.

I was injured at the start of the year (not climbing related) and can finally climb again after 7 months off, mad keen to get strong again and slowly working my way there.

Currently climbing around 20’s indoors, and doing a wide spread outdoors, more than happy to second for anyone that wants to head outdoors.

Also happy to climb and rig top ropes for anyone that’s starting out with climbing, you just need to be confident belaying for a lead climb or come on a day that ones already coming along.

I have gear for sport climbs and planing to start building a trad rack once I’m happier with my climbing.

So if your keen to climb indoors or outside let me know and we’ll set up some dates 😀

      Cheers,
      Dave.

          Hey Dave,

Flicked you an email as well

I’m climbing at rockface, been mostly bouldering but really keen to head outdoors (haven’t climbed outdoors, but doing V3’s on the bouldering wall?)

So if your up for teaching me lead, or just doing some big top roped routes i’m there! I’ve got a set of quickdraws and boltplates, and a long static rope, (no dynamic rope yet)

          can email me:

          Cheers!

              Hello Dave,

I’m on holiday in the area for the next month and staying just around the corner from Rockface. I’m climbing about the same grades and I’m keen to check out the local crags. I’m happy with leading/lead belaying. I’ll drop you an e-mail so you’ve got my details.

                Chris,

I start working on 28th jan, but before that my plan is to climb as much as possible.

I used to climb high 20s indoor, but haven’t climbed in a while, so I need to get back to form.

I’d be more than happy committing to daily/every other day belaying/buddying/climbing, indoor or outdoor, though I don’t have a vehicle.

                Let me know

                Laurent

                  Hi,

I’m Lars from Germany and I’m going to stay here in perth for work for the next 2 month.

During my free days I want to go out for climbing as much as possible.

I’m experienced in leadclimb and multipitch climbing. But sport routes are also OK.

If there’s interest, let me  knoe…

                    Hey legends and legettes,

Keen to meet some more Perth based contacts or travelling climbers for indoor/outdoors

Still fresh but keen, climbing 16-18s at the moment, confident to belay lead and have just started doing a few mild leads myself

Starting to get a kit together have the basic ropes + quick draws etc. Not confident too go outdoors with inexperienced climbers yet but indoors is fine!

Working offshore until feb 4, super keen to plan in a few Wa/interstate trips in between working this year and regularly head to Margies on weekends

Love to meet ya and look forward to climbing together soon!

                      Hi there!

Keen to find a climbing partner.  It’s been waaaaaay too long since I last climbed so my level and fitness will pretty ordinary!  I work FIFO with no regular pattern.  So can be around lots or not much at all depending on the next job I have.

Hope to hear from YOu soon =)

                            Hello!

I’ve just arrived in Perth from the UK, and have lots of trad and multipitch experience. I have a basic rack (nuts, hexes, 11 draws, 4 slings) with me, but sadly no rope. If the wiki conversion chart is accurate, I climb about 20 on trad and 22 on sport. I’m keen to get out and explore some of the crags around Perth and am looking for climbing partners. I’m happy to teach a keen sport climber to climb trad, but please make sure you’re comfortable lead belaying!

                                Hi Antonio,

Like you I just arrived to Perth a few months ago, I am from Spain and although it has been a year since my last climb I used to do 6a being 6a+ my record. I have also gone out to some montains with friends but never leading yet.

Now I have settled down in Perth I would like to start going again say one or two days a week  to the indoor centre and also outdoors when possible. I have a car I can share for that.

The indoor climbing centre that suits me the most is the rockface in northbridge http://www.rockface.com.au/

If your level is similar and you  fancy giving it a go my phone number is: 0478051851, just text me and I will reply.

If anybody else read this comment and think I could be his/her climbing partner do not hesitate and text me.

                                All the best.

Jumping on the bandwagon – I arrived in Perth a week ago!

I’m looking for a climbing partner for indoor and outdoor – I have a basic (small) rack with me one a half set of nuts, torque nuts, 6 draws, 5 slings and a few lockers but no rope. Ideally would like to climb with someone who knows the basics and how to lead belay.

                                  Give me a text!

                                  Cheers

                                    Hey everyone!

I’m in the same boat. I just arrived in Perth a few weeks ago. I am only just getting into rock climbing but want to get back into it and get better. At the moment I’d like to be climbing once a week, probably after work. I work in the city but I have a car so anywhere close to Perth is sweet. I don’t mind being with advanced or beginners and I’m happy to learn how to do lead climbing/belaying. Just shoot me a text and we’ll go from there.

                                    Thanks,

Hey! I’m heading to Perth on Monday, March 11 for a few weeks and am hoping to do some climbing my first week there during spring break (before March 18) or in the evenings in the area after that.  I won’t have a rope or quickdraws, but will have my shoes, belay device, harness, and helmet, and won’t have a car, but can chip in for gas and contribute beers or something for letting me use rope and other gear.  I’m just getting into lead so can do easier lead stuff (5.8-5.9—which I guess is around a 16 or 18 in Australia), but have plenty of experience lead belaying so can belay you up harder stuff.  I am also down to top rope stuff if people want to do that too. I have never done trad so probably couldn’t do that, or could learn how.  Basically, I just think it would be awesome to see what climbing is like while I’m in Australia.

                                      My email is [email protected]

Thanks! Hope to here from you guys!

                                      ~Heidi
