Big John is in Sydney and Dr Phil is in Natimuk. I have personally been through both and had a better experience with Dr Phil, in terms of workmanship that is.They are both good guys.
Yep, definitely go with Dr Phil, he does the best resoles I have ever had by a long shot. My last few Big John resoles were ordinary (grumpy service too)
