Want to join or need to renew your existing membership?
- Online application and credit card payment (Note: This is a secure external link.). This is the preferred method of joining/renewing and will ensure your membership price is commensurate with the number of months your membership runs for.
- or printable CAWA Membership Application Form - print it and fill it in, then post it to us with a cheque or money order for the correct amount. (Note: You may be able to fill the form in on your computer and then print it out. Depending on your version of Adobe Acrobat, you may or may not be able to save the filled in form, so make sure you print it out!)
Membership runs 1st July to 30 June of each financial year. The online application prices changes quarterly. In other words, whatever time of the year you renew or join, the prices reflects the remaining part of the membership year. Note: if you join in April, May or June of a financial year, your membership includes the remaining months plus the 12 months of the next financial year (ie: rolls over to the end of June the following year). The price reflects this. Please see below table:

The downloadable (PDF) form breaks the year up into quarters, so if you use this method, choose the appropriate quarter for when you are joining.
If you join or renew on-line, then you should get your membership card etc in a week or two. If you use snail-mail, it may take a week or two longer, as the mail-box is only checked every few weeks. It is worth mentioning that CAWA is run entirely by busy but dedicated volunteers who will endeavour to get your membership application processed as quickly as possible. Your patience is appreciated, but if you haven’t received anything within a reasonable period of time, please email kyliew@climberswa.asn.au as your renewal or application may have been lost/stolen/forgotten or worse.
