LaurinGuest
I’m a visitor from overseas looking for bouldering near Mandurah/Singleton (no car). Or are there people, who would take me out bouldering or climbing (upper 20’s) one of the coming weekends?
TocMemberHi Laurin,
CAWA is having a barbecue on Sunday 11th of December at Point Walter at 2pm. May I extend an invitation. I will probably go down for a boulder before that as very close is Blackwall Reach, a length of short limestone cliffs on the river. An email to president@climberswa.asn.au will get to me. I live in Fremantle if that helps. How long are you around for?
Cheers,
Toc.
John KnightMemberCool. Are all CAWA members/climbers invited?
TocMemberHi John,
If you haven’t already got your invite then send us your correct email address. All CAWA members are invited and will be getting a written invitation this week, for those who haven’t got email access. We’d like to see all WA climbers, but those who aren’t members how about considering the only voice you have in this big bad world, and join. Your membership fees run this web site amongst other things, we provide a focus for dealing with land managers and we try to help beginning climbers get into the outdoors. The list goes on and does include the barbecue. Get involved a little bit as well. Talk to us about trips, about rescue course, social nights and competitions.
