Join our first aid demonstration focusing on the most common injuries when climbing. A qualified first-aid instructor will run the demonstration and will focus on the following:

• DRSABCD, including Recovery Position
• Fractures
• Head Injuries
• Neck & Spinal Injuries
• Bleeding Control
• Environmental Conditions – Heat-induced
• Envenomation – Snake Bite
