Introduction to traditional climbing workshop

Do you want to learn more about traditional climbing, equipment, how to place gear, set up anchors and top-ropes, and more?

If you are, keep reading as we are hosting a workshop weekend “Trad 101” at Wilyabrup sea cliffs (Margaret River).

Required skills for attendees:

  • Lead climb grade 18+ outdoors
  • Have own harness, shoes, helmet, chalk bag, belay device
  • An outdoor experience rock climbing and/or lead climbing

There are reserved campsites at Gracetown Caravan Park for Friday and Saturday Night. The $60.00 fee covers your camping and the camping/travel of the mentors for the weekend. The workshop will run Saturday 8:30 am – 5 pm. Sunday will be left optional to have some fun and put the new skills into practice.

The event is for members only.
