CAWA Annual General Meeting

The agenda will include:

• Confirmation of the Minutes for the last preceding Annual General Meeting
• Annual reports: president and treasurer
• Guest speaker
• Election of the new management committee
• Appoint a person to audit the accounts of the association
• Food and refreshments
• Games, prizes and giveaways throughout the evening

Proxy form

If you are not able to attend, please completed a proxy form. Without a quorum, we can’t conduct AGM business and then have to arrange another AGM. Proxies must be received no later than 6:00 pm Monday, 21st September 2020.

Please ensure that the person you nominate is definitely coming to the meeting. Each member can only hold 5 proxies.
If you have a family membership then please ensure that all adult members of the family complete a proxy.

Please note that the AGM is a member-only event.
