Death by Cutty Sark 7m 20
The overhang on the detached buttress at the LHE of Wungong Slab with 2BR. Sequency pull-ups, knee bars and heel hooks. Matt Rosser, J. Truscott 15 Aug 04
RooMemberHowdy Matt,
Didnt see any bolts etc on this route this weekend.. Or are they further around the corner away from the slab ??
Cheers

That day remains a bit of a blur. It followed a hearty whisky tasting evening that ended in a bad bottle of Cutty Sark laying waste to many attendees. Notwithstanding this I think the boulder is 40m or so from the left hand end of the slab. That is the western end. Are you looking in the right place?
Did you do the routes on the Parapets? They are worth a visit with more lines to go.
Regards,
RooMemberHey Matt..
Sounds like a memorable outing.. 🙂
Yeah we where at the overhanging block about 6m high 40-50m west of the slab, There is a tree about 5m back begging to be the belay point, I looked at the very southern point of this block and didnt see any bolts but I didnt hang my head around the corner more to the west too see, Will have another look next time and take some pix.
Where are the Parapets ??
Cheers
