CAWA AGM Wednesday 16 February 2011

Hi Everyone

The CAWA Annual General Meeting will take place upstairs at Rosie O’Grady’s pub, James Street, Northbridge on Wednesday 16 February 2011.

We ask people to arrive at 6.30 pm for a 7 pm start. The sooner everyone gets there, the sooner we can get into the post-AGM socialising. There is a good range of food available and the kitchen closes at 9 pm.

Members have already received their invitations. Anyone who has only just joined will not have received an invite but is of course encouraged to attend. Only full members may vote.

One of the most important agenda items is election of a new committee. None of the current members intend to renominate, so it is critical that we have some people who are willing to step up and continue all of the good work that has been done over the last couple of years.

As has already been mentioned, if you are a member hanging onto a proxy form, please ensure you send it to us, preferably by email.

CAWA T-shirts and tops ($25 each, various colours and styles) and the Perth Climbing guide will be available for sale.
